Advances in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

This webinar by the National Eye Institute covers the public health burden of diabetic retinopathy and its various stages, the latest advances in the treatment of retinopathy, and educational resources available to promote the critical need for early detection.

Held on July 21, 2016, for healthcare providers, eye health professionals, diabetes educators, community professionals, and others working with patients with diabetes, the webinar was hosted by NEI and its National Eye Health Education Program (NEHEP), in collaboration with the NEI-funded Diabetic Retinopathy Clinical Research Network (DRCR.net).
